You can order a free ring sizer.

Use our how to find your ring size questionnaire.

Or, for more options check out our in-depth sizing guide.

What is the turnaround time?

Each wedding ring is made by hand to order. This takes one to two weeks. Need it in a rush? Get in touch.

What shipping methods are available?

In New Zealand, we use Courier Post which usually arrives overnight.

For the Rest of the World, shipping is via Airmail which takes 3 - 7 working days to arrive. This is fully tracked and insured.

Will I be charged import duties?

If you live in New Zealand, USA or Australia, No.

If you live in the UK or Europe, it’s highly likely.

For the rest of the world, it’s best to contact your customs department to find out for sure.

Can I return my ring?

Yes, you can! Metal is infinitely recyclable, so we offer free returns for life.

Can I send my ring back to be resized?

Yes. You sure can. Check out our resizing info.

What metals do you work with?

We only use Good Gold to make our unique wedding rings. We work in 9ct, 14ct and 18ct Rose Gold, Yellow Gold and White gold. If you’d like to know which metal to pick for your wedding ring, this blog post explains it all.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

They sure are. We use only New Zealand Alluvial Gold which adheres to strict environmental and labour regulations. You can read more about our approach to ethical gold here.

Which metal finishes are available?

You can choose either a matte or polished finish. It’s important to note that these finishes are starting points. Matte rings become more shiny and polished rings become more matte with wear. All rings come with a care kit that you can use to bring back your original finish.

Do you offer engraving?

All rings 3mm wide and wider are able to be engraved.

What kind of packaging do you use?

We hate things that get used once and then get thrown away. We worked with Think Packaging to make a box that’s so lovely you’ll want to keep it on your bookshelf forever. This way, you’ll always know where your care kit is anytime your ring needs a little tidy up.
